Otterville is a small rural community of 470 residents. It lies on the very most western part of Cooper County, on the Pettis/Cooper County line. Otterville is located 12 miles east of Sedalia, Missouri, on Old Highway 50.
This small rural community is very community and family orientated. Otterville boast of our School, located at the top of the hill, K-12 located in the same building.
